About DTI
The institute draws her mandate from Executive Order No. 1 of 2023 and the 4th schedule of Kenyan Constitution under the State Department for Livestock Development that include capacity building and technical assistance to counties. The mission of the institute is to provide quality training, research, consultancy and outreach services in dairy production.
